SOUND BATHS

Relax your body and mind, reduce stress, sleep better.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a gentle and calming experience, where you lie down comfortably, relax during the guided meditation and listen to harmonious sounds like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and more. Sounds of gong and Tibetan singing bowls produce specific vibrations that affect your brain and body, helping you feel more relaxed and centered.

Scientific research shows that such vibrations can reduce cortisol levels, which are linked to stress.

The sound waves create a resonant environment that encourages your brain to shift from a stressed state to a more relaxed, meditative state. Studies suggest that sound therapy can influence brain activity, encouraging alpha and theta waves associated with calm and focus. Think of it as being wrapped in a gentle, sonic embrace—helping to soothe your mind and restore inner balance in a kind, natural way.

WhAt to expect

When you come for your first sound bath, you’ll enter a warm, safe space made for you to rest and relax. Our practitioners are trained and certified, always ensuring a gentle and caring experience. If you have any health concerns, please let us know beforehand. We’ll adjust the practice to respect any health conditions or restrictions you may have.

Wear comfy clothes so your body fully relax during the session.  It’s best to avoid substances like caffeine and alcohol beforehand, as they can affect how your body responds. Come with an open heart and curiosity. It’s natural to see images or feel like you’re entering a trance—that’s part of the calming process.

Trust that your body is safe, and enjoy the gentle journey inward. If you feel uncomfortable, you can open your eyes or sit up anytime. Allow yourself to simply be present and open to take whatever you need in that moment. If you fall asleep during the session – that’s totally normal. Rest and recover, we’ll wake you up in the end of the journey.
